A905 is a surface activator which is used with anaerobic adhesives. It is designed to allow non-metallic surfaces to be bonded or sealed. A905 accelerates the cure rate of anaerobic adhesives and it improves bonding action onto contaminated surfaces. It will also allow the adhesive to cure in a larger gap. It is available in an aerosol can which can be sprayed onto surfaces which have been cleaned, dried and are free of oil or grease.

A905 Permabond Surface Activator 1 Litre

A905 is a surface activator which is used with anaerobic adhesives. It is designed to allow non-metallic surfaces to be bonded or sealed. CLEANER A Permabond Surface Cleaner 400ml

CLEANER A is a general purpose industrial surface cleaner for preparing surfaces before bonding with any Permabond adhesive. Wiping with CLEANER A will help produce a suitable surface for bonding. CLEANER A is available as an aerosol spray. It is simple and easy to use, helping to ensure that components are clean, even when the bond area is difficult to access. It is a colourless liquid with a very low viscosity. Cleaner A is easy to apply by spraying onto the contaminated area, or by wiping the surfaces with a cloth moistened with Cleaner A, then leaving the surface to dry. It is formulated to minimise attack on prepared surfaces and it will maximise adhesion on certain plastics.

CSA Permabond Surface Activator 200ml

CSA is used in conjunction with Permabond cyanoacrylate adhesives to promote a faster cure and to extend gap-filling capabilities. CSA also enables fillets of cured adhesive to be formed if required and it can be used to reduce the effects of blooming which can affect decorative surfaces. Use of CSA also improves the bonding onto porous surfaces. CSA is available as an aerosol spray for ease of application. CSA-NF is a non-flammable version which is available on request.

CSA-NF is a non-flammable surface activator. It is used with Permabond cyanoacrylate adhesives to promote faster cure and to extend gap-filling capabilities. It has been developed to be non-harmful and non-flammable. CSA-NF enables fillets of cured adhesive to be formed if required, it reduces the whitening effect often associated with other activators and it can be used to reduce the effects of blooming which affect decorative surfaces. Use of CSA-NF also improves bonding onto porous surfaces. CSA-NF is supplied in 150gm hand-pump spray bottle for ease of application.

POP Permabond Polyolefin Surface Primer 50ml

POP Polyolefin Primer has been developed for surface treatment of polyolefins, PTFE and silicones prior to bonding with Permabond Cyanoacrylate adhesives. Due to their low surface energy, plastics such as PTFE, Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PS) and Silicones are difficult to bond without special surface treatment but after treatment with POP Primer, durable bonds stronger than the substrate material can be achieved. This product is supplied in an aluminium can with an integral brush. It is usually known as "POP Primer".

2k Primer

SIP PRIME is a surface primer conditioner called a "surface indicating pre-treatment" It is used for improving structural adhesive performance in failure-critical applications. 2k primer has a successful service history in aerospace and nuclear applications. Its use provides a visible method of checking that optimum surface preparation is achieved prior to application of an adhesive. 2k primer is suitable for use with acrylic, epoxy and polyurethane adhesives. It promotes the adhesion of structural adhesives on many surfaces, it increases the durability of bonds and is proven under accelerated aging test cycles for resistance to humidity and salt spray. 2k primer is supplied in an easy to use 20gm 2 part kit.
