F241 Loctite Toughened Acrylic Adhesive

F241 is a 2 part "no-mix" structural acrylic adhesive which cures rapidly at room temperature. Its exceptional resistance to peel, fatigue and impact loads on a wide variety of surfaces combined with excellent environmental durability and chemical resistance, make it ideal for applications demanding structural integrity. This outstanding performance can allow the adhesive to be used in place of rivets and/or welding thereby providing reduced assembly times, lighter structures and an improved aesthetic appearance. This product must be used with an initiator, usually Initiator No. 1. F241 allows a brief period of 2 to 5 minutes for alignment of parts before giving a quick cure to handling strength when using Initiator No. 1. FE-RAPID is a two part epoxy metal filled adhesive. It is a heavy paste resin designed for use in industry for fast repairs to damaged metalwork, such as castings, pipes, valves and engines. LOCTITE® 577 Anaerobic Pipe Sealing Adhesive Gel x 50ml

Loctite® 577 is a general purpose anaerobic glue gel which is effective for thread-locking of course metal threaded fasteners. 577 is suitable for fast applications at low temperatures, for example, outdoor plant installations to prevent the loosening of threaded parts 577 has DVGW approval and it is suitable for temperatures up to 150° C.

LOCTITE® 603 Anaerobic Retaining Adhesive x 50ml

Loctite® 603 is a high strength anaerobic glue which is effective for retaining in situ, close fitting cylindrical parts shafts, bearings, gears, etc where thorough degreasing is not possible. 603 is tested and approved for bearings. 603 is suitable for diametric clearance up to 0.1 mm and temperatures up to 150° C.

LOCTITE® 638 Anaerobic Retaining Adhesive x 50ml

Loctite® 638 is a high strength anaerobic glue which is effective for retaining in situ shafts, bearings, pulleys and similar coaxial moving components. 638 is ideal for ensuring resistance to dynamic axial and radial loads. 638 is suitable for diametric clearance up to 0.25mm and temperatures up to 150° C. 638 is also suitable for use in pipework and applications with hot or cold water and it has a KWT water use approval.

LOCTITE® 641 Anaerobic Retaining Adhesive x 50ml

Loctite® 641 is a medium strength anaerobic glue which is recommended for retaining in situ parts which will need subsequent disassembly. It is suitable for retaining bearings onto shafts and into housings. 641 is suitable for interference fits and for diametric clearances up to 0.1mm and temperatures up to 150° C.

LOCTITE® 648 Anaerobic Retaining Adhesive

Loctite® 648 is a high strength anaerobic glue which is effective for retaining in situ bearings, pulleys, seals, fans, liners and similar fixed or moving components. 648 is ideal for ensuring resistance to dynamic axial and radial loads. 648 is suitable for interference fits and very tight diametric clearances up to 0.15mm and temperatures up to 175° C.

LOCTITE® 660 Anaerobic Retaining Adhesive

Loctite® 660 "Quick Metal" is a high strength anaerobic glue which is used for repairing the positioning of worn coaxial parts without the need for re-machining. 660 is ideal for enabling the re-use of worn bearing seats, keyways, splines, tapers, etc and for the retension of spacers and shims. 660 is suitable for relatively loose fits with clearances up to 0.5mm and for temperatures up to 150° C. Loctite® 660 is used in conjunction with Loctite® 7240 Activator.

LOCTITE® 2701 Anaerobic Thread Locking Adhesive x 50ml

Loctite® 2701 is an anaerobic high strength glue which is an improved version of Loctite 270. Loctite 2701 is used on all types of metal fasteners including stainless steel and steels with coatings including zinc. It is used for fasteners which do not require regular removal for mainrtenance and it is particularly suitable for permanently locking studs into engine blocks, heads and pump housings and working temperatures up to 150° C. 2701 is suitable for thread sizes up to M20 and temperatures up to 150° C.

LOCTITE® 5203 Anaerobic Gasketing Adhesive

Loctite® 5203 is an anaerobic gasketing adhesive. It is recommended for coating and re-using existing gaskets to improve gasket sealing between flanges. It is a good sealing adhesive for metal to metal flange faces and it gives a low strength bond to permit later disassembly. It is suitable for temperatures up to 150° C.

LOCTITE® 5331 Anaerobic Hydraulic Pipe Sealing Adhesive x 100ml

Loctite® 5331 is an anaerobic glue which is effective for thread-locking of hydraulic fittings, connectors and hoses. 5331 is suitable for use on plastic or plastic/metal fittings for carrying hot or cold water or other liquids, for example, industrial and agricultural plastic water pipe, or drainage systems. LOCTITE® 5331 has Water Industry WRC Approval. It is suitable for temperatures up to 150° C.

LOCTITE® 55™ is a general purpose, threaded pipe and fitting sealant which is wound from the dispensing package onto the threads of the pipe. It is supplied in containers, which serve for both storage and dispensing purposes. Recommended for sealing metal and plastic tapered pipe threads and fittings up to 4" NPT (National Pipe Thread) for use in industrial applications in aqueous and non-aqueous fluids. Particularly suitable in threaded assembly applications that require immediate use and may undergo small readjustments before
use. This product is typically used in applications up to 149°C.

INITIATOR No. 1 Loctite® - Bondmaster Surface Initiator 35ml

Loctite® - Bondmaster Initiator No. 1 is a surface initiator used to prepare the surface to be bonded for Loctite® - Bondmaster Toughened Acrylic Adhesives. Initiator No. 1 allows approximately 5 minutes of handling time before the adhesive cures and the sets hard. Initiator No. 1 is normally used with Bondmaster F241 Toughened Acrylic Adhesive and it is supplied with the smaller packs of F241.
