DOUBLE/ BUBBLE® has a working time of 5 minutes and it is ideal for bonding many types of material including wood, metals, glass, ceramics, stone, concrete and leather. It will sustain in-service temperatures from -40° to +82°C. The DOUBLE/ BUBBLE® kit is sold in a box of 50 tear-off 3gm sachets complete with pallete cards and mixing sticks. Colour : Clear.

HARDMAN DOUBLE/BUBBLE Silver Durable Epoxy is an extra fast setting, two–component, room temperature curing epoxy adhesive. Compared to standard fast setting epoxies, DOUBLE BUBBLE Silver Durable Epoxy has improved humidity and moisture resistance and lower service temperature. The system will cure at as low as –30 °C (-22 °F). Additional improvements over standard fast setting epoxies include higher toughness and impact resistance. It has excellent cohesive strength and bonds to most substrates including metal, wood, concrete, ceramics and many plastics. It is recommended for fast patching, fixturing and other repairs requiring quick handling strength.

DOUBLE/ BUBBLE® MACHINEABLE is a two part, solvent-free, metal filled epoxy resin adhesive providing a long working life. DOUBLE/ BUBBLE® gives a handling strength in 25 minutes. After approximately 4 hours, it can be machined, sanded, drilled and tapped. It is ideal for patching, filling voids and scratches in metals and it is good for bonding wood, metals and hard plastics. It will sustain in-service temperatures from -40° to +150°C. Colour, mixed : Silver. DOUBLE/ BUBBLE® MACHINEABLE is sold individually, or in a box of 100 tear-off 3gm sachets complete with mixing sticks.

Typical Applications : For tooling, dies, patterns, jigs and the repair of castings, pump housings and flanges, metal furniture and engineering equipment.
