LOCTITE® 290™ is designed to lock and seal threaded fasteners. As it has a low viscosity and capillary action, the product wicks between engaged threads so there is no need to disassemble prior to application. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration.
