MACROPLEXX 3295 is a second generation acrylic adhesive, designed to combine high shear strength and high temperature resistance, with the additional qualities of a rubber toughened adhesive. The adhesive works when mixed at a 1:1 ration through a mix nozzle, as well as with a bead on bead application system. This adhesive has incredible adhesion on a wide variety of substrates, whilst maintaining very high peel and impact strengths throughout. 25ml pack does not require a hand gun.

F246 Loctite® Toughened Acrylic Adhesive

F246 is a 2 part "no-mix" structural acrylic adhesive which cures rapidly at room temperature. Its exceptional resistance to peel, fatigue and impact loads on a wide variety of surfaces, combined with excellent environmental durability and chemical resistance, make it ideal for applications demanding structural integrity. The "no mix" feature allows the resin to be applied to one surface and the initiator applied to the second surface. Once the components are brought together, the handling strength is achieved in approximately 1 minute. The F246's outstanding performance allows the adhesive to be used in place of rivets and/or welding, thereby providing reduced assembly times, lighter structures and an improved aesthetic appearance. F246 is recommended by Lotus Cars.
The F246 50ml kit comes with a bottle of Initiator No. 5.

F246 Loctite Structural Acrylic Adhesive 320ml kit

F246 is a 2 part "no-mix" structural acrylic adhesive kit which cures rapidly at room temperature. It is the same product as decribed for F246 in the 50ml cartridge. F246 is recommended by Lotus Cars.
This product must be used with an initiator, usually Initiator No. 5. It allows a brief period of under 1 minute for alignment of parts before a very quick cure to handling strength when using Initiator No. 5. The F246 320ml kit will be supplied with a 35ml bottle of Initiator No. 5.

F241 Bondmaster Toughened Acrylic Adhesive

F241 is a 2 part "no-mix" structural acrylic adhesive which cures rapidly at room temperature. Its exceptional resistance to peel, fatigue and impact loads on a wide variety of surfaces combined with excellent environmental durability and chemical resistance, make it ideal for applications demanding structural integrity. This outstanding performance can allow the adhesive to be used in place of rivets and/or welding thereby providing reduced assembly times, lighter structures and an improved aesthetic appearance. This product must be used with an initiator, usually Initiator No. 1. F241 allows a brief period of 2 to 5 minutes for alignment of parts before giving a quick cure to handling strength when using Initiator No. 1. Or, Initiator No. 5 can be used to provide a faster cure.

V1305 Loctite® Toughened Acrylic Adhesive

V1305 is a toughened acrylic adhesive with a 1:1 mix ratio. It is used for bonding components which withstand high stresses caused by differential thermal expansion and impact or peeling loads. V1305 is especially effective when securing engineering materials such as composites and reinforced plastics. It cures rapidly after 5 minutes at ambient temperatures, thus maximising efficiency and it means that long jigging times are not required. The high strength of V1305 is complimented by excellent durability in service. Available in a 50ml EDS cartridge which requires a PQ50 glue dispensing gun and a 50ml green nozzle each time it is used. One nozzle is supplied free. See "Dispensing" in Menu. Colour : Off white. Suitable for temperatures up to 120° C.

TA4246 Permabond Toughened Acrylic Adhesive 310ml

V5004 Loctite® Toughened Acrylic Adhesive

V5004 is a two-part toughened acrylic adhesive designed for the bonding of similar or dissimilar materials including most metals and plastic substrates. It has a mix ratio of 1:1 and cures rapidly at room temperature to a virtually transparent adhesive. Available in a 50ml EDS cartridge which requires a PQ50 glue dispensing gun and a 50ml green nozzle each time it is used. One nozzle is supplied free. See "Dispensing" in Menu. Colour, mixed : Pale mauve, clear. Suitable for temperatures up to 80° C.

TA4302 Permabond Structural Acrylic Adhesive 50ml

TA4302 is a multi-purpose, 2 part, 1:1 structual acrylic adhesive resin. It is a high strength, fast curing toughened acrylic which is designed for the structural bonding of similar or dissimilar surfaces including metals, plastics, ceramics, GRP and most other materials. TA4302 is available in kits, or packed in convenient, simple to use dual cartridge systems and it is dispensed using a PQ50 1:1 cartridge gun. TA4302 is applied either with a static mixing nozzle or as 2 beads directly onto the components. In this way, no mixing is required and it gives a clean application every time. Colour, mixed : Grey. Suitable for high temperatures from -40° to +120°C.
