Scigrip SG3004 Clear Acrylic is a low odour, toughened, fast
setting gel adhesive. It exhibits toughness and shock resistance
enabling the bonding of similar and dissimilar materials. Its
clarity makes it ideal for the bonding of clear plastics within
the sign/display and shopfitting market, but it will also bond
most plastics (not PP or PE’s), composite materials, and the normal
metals including Steel and Aluminium.
3004 has a short dwell time (2½ - 3 minutes) in the mix nozzle,
and cures to give a fixture time in around 5 minutes. Full cure can
usually be achieved in 8 – 12 hours, extended in cold conditions
and similarly accelerated in warmer environments.

Designers of Plastic components are often faced with the problem of wanting to use low energy surface plastics such as Polypropylene and Polyethylene because of their inherent benefits, such as low cost, durability etc., but they then have to devise mechanical means of joining the parts to other plastics or metal, or use a variety of primers or pre-treatments that are not always particularly successful. Macroplexx® PPX5 Ultimate Plastic Bonder has been developed to bond these surfaces effectively, with no special pre-treatments. It’s a low odour, 2 part, 10:1 mix ratio thixotropic Acrylic based adhesive, which produces tough resilient bonds and is resistant to most chemicals.

Why use Macroplexx® PPX5?
Mechanical fixings can be costly, clumsy, time-consuming to attach. They have to be designed into some mouldings thus restricting flexibility of use.
Hotmelts are not always suitable or practical for structural bonding.
Plastic Welding tends to be for small surface edge bonding, which has only localised strength.
Typical Applications for Macroplexx® PPX5
Rotational mouldings, generally made in PE or PP, can have metal inserts included in the process (but only on the outside surface of the mould), slowing down the moulding cycle and increasing the cost. Macroplexx® PPX5 allows fasteners and fixings to be applied afterwards, inside or out, thereby increasing the possible design combinations.
Filters often have polypropylene end-caps or casings which can be sealed and bonded with Macroplexx® PPX5.
Metal Grilles and other fittings can be bonded into PE engine covers, equipment casings etc.

Thread lockers secure parts in load bearing situations by resisting shock, constant vibration and prevent failure. In its liquid state, the thread locker completely fills and seals the thread form, which prevents rust and corrosion once it's cured into its hard plastic state. The thread locker then requires a predetermined amount of force to break the bond and release the fitting/thread. All of the thread lockers utilize a colour code system, for easy recognition.

T943 Threadlocker is designed to perform in harsh environments at elevated temperatures up to 160°C. It retains all the capabilities of a standard threadlocker whilst attaining a strength band of up to 22N.m. Typically conventional threadlockers will withstand 150°C but with reduced strength. Whilst it has excellent locking and sealing capabilities, it has the added benefit of allowing disassembly with standard hand tools. T943 is particularly suitable on less active surfaces, such as stainless steel and plated metals..

S977 Pipe Sealant is a multipurpose, highly accredited instant sealer for all types of threaded metal assemblies. Using the latest P.T.F.E sealer technology it provides high adhesion capability on various metals even at high temperatures where expansion in parts has previously been known to cause leakages. It is fully approved for both hot and cold WRAS water usage and also has BS EN 751-1 for both liquids and gases. S977 is suitable for most metals where as other sealants have problems setting on inactive metals such as Stainless Steel and passivated surface coatings, S977 remains fast curing without the need for an activator. S977 is not suitable for oxygen rich systems under pressure.

Steel/metal epoxy repair stick.
EPS 846 is a tough, hard and fast curing epoxy mouldable compound filled with metal powders to give superior strength on applications requiring strong adhesion to parts. EPS 846 also has ability to be machined to fit the purpose. Multi-use epoxy in stick form enables small or large repairs to be made, simply by cutting and kneading the putty into a consistent ball and contouring it to your needs.

DESCRIPTION
Debonder is a fast acting liquid that works on cured cyanoacrylate to free the components within 30-60 seconds.
Large deposits can be regularly coated with the product to free bonded or accidentally bonded articles.
Use Debonder carefully as it is classified as a harmful fluid and should never be used to remove superglue from the
face or eyes. Accidental skin bonding of fingers can be freed using Debonder, but we advise sparing use of the
product, perhaps on a cotton bud tip, tissue or cotton wool. When free, the glue becomes gum-like and can easily
be removed by rubbing the fingers with an abrasive cleaner or simply by rubbing.
USEFUL HINTS/NOTES view MSDS sheets
Debonder can be used to clean up nozzle tips on superglue bottles and also free closure threads of unwanted cured
material.
Use Debonder to recover mismatched components, however be sure to test the stability of the product as it attacks
some plastics.

Skin Contact: After skin contact, wash with soap and water to remove from skin. If in contact with eyes, immediately
flush with copious quantities of water, separating the eyelids with fingers to maximise the flushing effect. Consult a
