Orders, Shipping, and Returns
Can I arrange my own courier?
Yes. You can arrange your own courier or provide us the appropriate information, and we will book it for you.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, we offer click and collect for in stock items. When you place your order, you can choose collection and we will let you know when your order is ready to be collected from our Bidford warehouse.
Can I order over the phone?
No, for traceability we ask that all orders are via email or placed on the website.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, however due to global circumstances some countries we cannot ship to, please contact [email protected] for up-to-date information.
How much will it cost to ship to____?
Shipping charges will vary from country to country and whether the product is hazardous. For more information view our shipping charges.
How will my order be shipped? What couriers do GlueOnline use?
How your order will be shipped depends on the material:
- For domestic shipping: DPD (non-corrosive) and TNT (corrosive)
- For international shipping: DHL
- Air freight and hazardous products: FedEx
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 7 working days of placement. To do so, contact [email protected]
Can I return my order?
We accept returns providing the product is returned in a resalable condition with all accessories and packaging. You are responsible for return cost unless we are at fault. For more information and how to return your order read our Delivery & Returns page.
Is there a minimum spend?
For online orders there is no minimum spend.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If the items are in stock, we aim to deliver next day, and contact will be made otherwise. Lead times also apply. For more information view our shipping policies.
What are your opening times?
Office/Phone Lines: 8:30am – 5pm
Warehouse (Collection Only): 6am - 4:30pm
Why do some products have a longer lead time?
Some items are made to order or have a short shelf life. Additionally, we work with a large manufacturer base which have varying lead times.
Why can I order out of stock items?
All items which are out of stock have a contact us note instead of a number to allow customers to still place orders for when stock s available. Our team will reach out regarding lead times, short shelf life, or alternative products where applicable.
What is your minimum shelf life?
All our products have a minimum remaining shelf life of 3 months from the date of dispatch. If in stock product has a shorter shelf life we will contact the customer for approval before shipping.

Do GlueOnline provide samples?

Is there someone I can contact regarding technical advice?
Yes, please email [email protected] including as much information as possible regarding your questions or applications, and one of our Technical Team will reach out to advise.
Can GlueOnline manage stock for me?
Yes, we can hold stock and call-off orders, please call 01702 533 020 to discuss.
Can GlueOnline repackage bulk materials into smaller cartridges or syringes?
Yes, we have repacking facilities and can repackage materials to meet your dispensing requirements whether that is syringe, cartridge, tub, or pail.

Do GlueOnline offer full traceability?
Yes, every item is booked with its own lot number which follows through to dispatch. We can also provide manufacturer certificates of conformity or analysis.
Where can I get a product technical data sheet (TDS) or safety data sheet (SDS)?

Do all materials come with full supporting documentation and traceability?
If you require full supporting documentation, please request it at time of order.
Does GlueOnline stock FDA approved adhesives?
Yes, GlueOnline can supply FDA approved adhesives. This information is stated where applicable on our product pages.
Does GlueOnline offer approved adhesives for Aerospace and Defence?
Yes, we offer adhesives which have been tested and speced into aerospace and defence industries. Some of our adhesives meet have speciation’s such as MIL spec, Boeing, MOD, NSNs and more. This information is stated on the product page where applicable.
Does GlueOnline supply adhesives approved for gas and water applications?
Yes, we offer adhesives which has been tested and approved by organisations such as NSF, DVGW, and WRAS. Find out more about gas and water approved products.

Where is GlueOnline based?
GlueOnline is based in Bidford on Avon, Warwickshire and ships all products from its warehouse there.
What products do GlueOnline offer?
We distribute a wide range of adhesives including cyanoacrylates/super glues, threadlockers, structural adhesives, epoxies, MS polymers, and UV adhesives, as well as surface preparation and dispensing equipment.
What suppliers do GlueOnline offer/work with?
We work with lots of manufacturers, including Permabond, Henkel, Eurobond, Hardman, SciGrip, Cyanotec, and more.
Who owns GlueOnline/who is their parent company?
