Introducing Permabond UV6357 Cold Resistant UV Curing Adhesive

Introducing Permabond UV6357 - Cold Resistant, UV Curing Adhesive

Originally developed for a manufacturer of freezer and refrigeration components, Permabond UV6357 is a UV-light curing adhesive with exceptional resistance and performance at very low temperatures.

Fast curing and highly reactive, it offers excellent long-term durability at below freezing, withstanding thermal expansion and shock and reducing the risk of cracking or substrate damage. UV6357 also resists cleaning chemicals, allowing for easy cleaning of appliances without weakening the joint.

UV6357 has excellent adhesion to glass and metals, as well as rigid thermoplastics such as ABS, PVC, and Nylon. Additionally, it is well suited to bonding dissimilar substrates, especially glass to metal or glass to plastics, but it also bonds will epoxy coated metals and will cure through fritted glass.

Key Features of UV6357:
